Sustainable Cultivation is at the heart of our work. Each creation encapsulates the essence of the Tuscan land, telling a story of Love and Dedication that we have always had for our territory.
Our wine is born from careful vineyard management, using exclusively organic products and meticulously monitoring the health of the plants using dedicated sensors.
The work continues in the cellar thanks to the natural winemaking process: we want to let the wine (almost) make itself, which is why we use exclusively indigenous yeasts and minimize interventions such as filtering and clarification.
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oils are obtained thanks to the three types of olive trees, typical of the Maremma countryside: the Leccino, the Moraiolo and the Correggiolo. This diversity gives it a unique flavor. The exclusive use of mechanical processes and cold pressing guarantee the product’s quality, while maintaining a strong connection with tradition. Thus we are committed to preserving the integrity and purity of the product.

We started this adventure in 2019 to give back to Maremma some of what it has given us over the years.
Together, we work to keep alive the traditions related to Olive Oil and Vinification, integrating them with innovative and sustainable methods.
