Sustainable Cultivation is at the heart of our work. Each creation encapsulates the essence of the Tuscan land, telling a story of Love and Dedication that we have always had for our territory.
Our wine comes from vineyard care with the exclusive use of organic products and meticulous monitoring of plant health using special sensors. The work continues in the winery thanks to the natural winemaking process: we want to let the wine make itself (almost) on its own, so we use only indigenous yeasts and minimize intervention in terms of filtration and clarification.
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oils are obtained thanks to the three types of olive trees, typical of the Maremma countryside: the Leccino, the Moraiolo and the Correggiolo. This diversity gives a unique flavor. The exclusive use of mechanical procedures and cold pressing guarantees the quality of the product while maintaining a strong connection with tradition. Thus we are committed to preserving the integrity and purity of the product.

We started this adventure in 2019 to give back to Maremma some of what it has given us over the years.
Together, we work to keep alive the traditions related to Olive Oil and Vinification, integrating them with innovative and sustainable methods.
