Morellino di Scansano DOCG
The Essence of Sangiovese Maremmano

Morellino di Scansano DOCG Morellino di Scansano, in homage to the tradition of the area, but in our own way. Strictly Sangiovese in purity, selected from old vines, no blending. We have brought this historic vine, emblem of Tuscan viticulture, back to its archaic dimension, carrying out all stages of vinification in cement tanks.

In addition to marked acidity and strong tannins, connoisseurs of Sangiovese will find there the characteristic hint of blackberry.

The balsamicity, Mediterranean bush notes and savoury finish are the manifesto of Maremma viticulture.

Ruby red colour.

Serving temperature: 16-18°.
Recommended pairings: soups, red meat, game and venison, mature cheeses.
